Jay Hummer is an accomplished senior executive whose franchise experiences spans thirty plus years with emerging brands and mature companies in various economic climates and geographical locations. Jay fell in love with Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club as a client in the West Hartford, Connecticut club. Born and raised in Connecticut, Jay met his lovely bride Helen in New York City; They have raised their son and two daughters in Massachusetts.

Delivering franchisee support in human resources and administration, Helen is no stranger to the franchise industry. Helen started her career with a major franchisor in New York City, where she met Mr. Right.
